Service and Delivery
All items in stock are despatched within 28 working days of receiving your order using Royal Mail. Standard delivery time is approximately 28 days for clothing  and 5 - 10 working days for other items.

As all of our products are hand crafted, there may be occasions when we are unable to despatch your order within the usual timescale. In these instances we would contact you immediately to advise of the situation and to discuss alternative delivery arrangements.

The charge for post and packing within the UK is -

for orders £40 and under: £2.95

for orders over £40: £4.95

Overseas Delivery
We accept orders for delivery to most parts of the word.
Please contact us on 01857 877727 for a quote on delivery charges.

Returns
If for any reason, you are unhappy with a product purchased from Kirsteen Stewart, you can return the unused item within 7 days for a full refund or replacement. Please keep all packaging materials and return goods as they were sent to you. A returns form will be enclosed with your order, please ensure that fill in your name and address and whether you would like a replacement.

Goods returned to us damaged or lost in transit will not be credited.

Please note that the delivery charge on your original order is not refundable.

Any goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no extra cost, with free delivery.
